Cash Book, Citizen Contribution, Lottery Pool – Iuran Warga is a personal digital financial application, which can be used to record various daily transactions of income, expenses, and various contributions such as Arisan Contribution, Environmental Maintenance Contributions (IPL), school payment contributions and other contributions including for RT, RW, Cluster, Housing, Apartments, Paguyuban, Organizations, and Boarding Houses.
The Citizen Dues Application, has 2 main features, namely:
1. Cash Book – Recording of cash in and outgoing cash
Users can keep a record of daily transactions, whether expenses and income, so that they can find out how the use of money is spent, there are reports of the top 5 largest income / expenses.
The application supports multiuser, there are 3 types of users:
a. Owner – the owner of the cash account, has the full right to delete, approve, reject, upgrade user access from Member to Administrator, and so on.
In order for the user to connect with petty cash, the Owner of petty cash must invite the user first, then create a user, after that it is approved by the Owner. Users can see petty cash sharing if it has been applied.
b. Member – member is the initial user right for the invited user. User access is very limited, can only view reports or lists, cannot input or delete
c. Administrator – with Administrator rights the user can view reports or lists, and can input or delete

Record personal cash transactions such as income and expenses
Supports multiple cash accounts
Supports multi user per cash
Transaction reports per week, per month
Export to pdf/excel
2. Contribution Group
It is a digital contribution card, which is used to record static contributions and there are member payments that must be recorded every month.
Any user can do
Create a contribution group, for example the Arisan contribution group, IPL fee group, RT/RW fee, and others contribution
Supports Multi user
Shake the arisan / lucky draw / wheel of fortune to determine the winner of the arisan every month.

Transaction data can be downloaded to pdf / excel
Send messages to 24-Hour Notifications and Reminders members via Android notification & email
Permanent login
Data stored on Cloud Server
This application requires internet and stores data on Cloud Server.
Users do not need to worry if the cellphone is lost / must be factory reset, with a note remembering the login name, the user can log in from any cellphone.
Data is automatically backed up for all transactions or you can perform manual backups from the application.
